President/CEO
A business veteran with over 25 years experience, Tom has been instrumental in helping companies define and redefine their business direction including drafting strategic business plans, managing effective marketing campaigns, and establishing solid sales figures. He has worked for Fortune 500 companies, international companies and startups gaining experience in consumer package goods, the automotive aftermarket, retail and the information management industries. In addition to his vast experience in the field, Tom also earned a MBA from Tulane University’s AB Freeman School of Business along with Master of Science and Bachelors of Science Degrees in Engineering.
Lesley BraunSenior Consultant
Lesley’s experience includes working with startups in the satellite communications, real estate, and entertainment fields. These companies have successfully heeded her advice on a number of different business topics, including business entity formation, contract administration and intellectual property. Lesley has also been active in politics including a stint working with a Texas Senator. She received her JD from The University of Texas School of Law in Austin and undergraduate degrees in Biochemistry and Psychology from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
